The beginning of something greater
Piyush came from the heart of a humble village, not a bustling city.
With over 16 years of leadership experience across the corporate world, Piyush N Jha has traveled extensively—across India and internationally. While visiting different parts of India, he noticed a growing gap in skills, confidence, and communication among young Indians, especially between students from Tier 1 cities and those from smaller towns. This gap, he realized, affects not only individual careers but the nation’s progress as a whole.
During his time in Europe, Piyush was inspired by how countries like Germany build strong links between education and industry. These partnerships help students become job-ready, combining both theory and practical knowledge. Seeing this, he felt a deep urge to bring a similar model to India.
He returned with a clear mission: to bridge the gap in skills and opportunities, and to make future-ready education accessible to every young Indian. Since then, Piyush has trained over 5,000 students, mentored at schools and colleges as a visiting faculty, and consulted companies on business growth, strategy, leadership and robotics.
